ACG Fitness

“A SOUND MIND & A SOUND BODY” 

The ACG Fitness Program, launched in 2010, is designed for adults who wish to utilize our sports facilities and participate in a variety of fitness programs.
In addition, it offers groups and companies the opportunity to reserve our basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, as well as the soccer field, through the Groups Specific Program, available on designated days and times for a fee.

ACG Fitness Membership Benefits

  • Use of all athletic facilities
  • Use of the soccer and track & field complex, as well as the tennis, volleyball, and basketball courts, is subject to availability. Personal training sessions with coaches not affiliated with DCAC are prohibited. When using the facilities with another member, the use of training equipment (e.g., tennis ball baskets or team sport training equipment) is not permitted.
  • Group fitness classes (Pilates, Yoga, TRX, Body Sculpt, Total Fitness, ABS & Legs, Circuit Training, Aqua Fitness, and more)

Full Member Benefits:

  • 20% discount to spouse
  • Children’s Day (every Sunday / the necessary medical certificates issued within the last 3 months are required / children over 4 years old / in the water only with their parent-guardian under their supervision and responsibility)
  • 2 free guest visits (1 year plan – free registration and the necessary medical certificates issued within the last 3 months are required)

  • Swimming Pool: Outdoor, Olympic-size (50 meters) with 8 lanes

  • Soccer Field: Synthetic turf with organic infill

  • Track & Field: 400-meter, six-lane tartan track suitable for training and recreational use

  • Sports Hall: Full-sized, multi-sport gymnasium

  • Tennis Courts: Green Set surface

  • Fitness Center: Equipped with modern cardio, strength, and functional training equipment

  • Dance/Fitness Studios: Spacious studios suitable for dance, pilates, yoga, and group fitness sessions

Aghia Paraskevi Campus athletic facilities opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday 09:00–22:00 
  • Saturday – Sunday 10:00–17:00

The swimming pool is closed Monday-Wednesday-Friday 13:30-15:30.


Athletic facilities – East Campus

  • Swimming Pool: Indoor, 25 meters

  • Soccer Field: Synthetic turf with organic infill

  • Track: 400-meter, six-lane track suitable for training and recreational use

  • Air-Supported Dome: Climate-controlled structure providing year-round training capability

  • Outdoor Courts: Volleyball and tennis courts

East Campus athletic facilities opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday 17:00-21:00
  • Saturday 10:00-15:00

Groups Specific program

  • Groups may use the basketball courts and the soccer field for a fee.

Aghia Paraskevi

2025-26 (September 2, 2024 – July 31, 2025)

  • 12-month =  750€
  • 6-month   =  500€
  • 3-month   =  290€
  • 1-month   =  100€

 

East Campus - Spata

September 15, 2025 - July 15, 2026 (valid exclusively during the academic year in which it was issued).

  • 10-month = 400€
  • 6-month   = 300€
  • 3-month   = 170€
  • 1-month    = 60€

 

Registration fee = 35€

  • To register, you must submit a recent medical certificate (issued within the last 3 months) declaring that you are healthy and fit to exercise without restrictions and you do not have any dermatological conditions.
  • The medical certificates should be renewed annually.
  • Special discounts are offered to Deree and Pierce alumni, as well as to the parents of Deree and Pierce students.

Pilates Reformer

Pilates Reformer is a safe full-body work-out with a variety of exercises, offering muscle strengthening, improved posture, balance, flexibility and multiple health benefits!

  • Personal  =   40€
  • 2 people  =   25€ 
  • 3 people  =   20€
  • Group personal (up to 5 people / 3 times per week – calendar month) = 120€

Discounts are announced on September 1st and are valid for the current academic year. They may be revoked at any time upon prior notice.

Locker rooms closing time – at all athletic facilities – is 15’ after facilities close.

Closed on national holidays, ACG holidays and in August.

Kindly note that activities of the College have priority. Each ACG fitness member fully acknowledges that the College’s activities have a priority – all programs and activities are regulated by the College’s calendar.
