Our Deree Tennis Academy athletes performed very well at the E1 Pan-Hellenic tennis tournament held on November 11-15 in Thessaloniki, as well as at the Tennis Europe international tournament, held on November 7-12 in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Yiannis Sakkas, Pierce student on an athletic scholarship, won the 1^st place in singles and the 3^rd place in doubles (U16), Marily Iliopoulou won the 3^rd place in doubles in the same category, Antonis Malavazos won the 2^nd place in doubles and the 3^rd place in singles (U14), and Anastasia Babaroutsi won the 3^rd place in the same category.

At the Tennis Europe tournament, Melina Papageorgiou and Antonis Malavazos reached the semi-finals, and Valia Volonaki and Efthalia Andrianou reached the final-16.
